Healthy Fruit Drink

If you enjoy veggies, then these would be for you. They are also non dairy and made with ice and water, for thickness, just as healthy fruit drinks are. The veggies you pick to add can be anything you like. However, combining veggies is a little more difficult, since most vegetables have a much stronger flavor. However, carrots, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, and even rhubarb are great veggies to try. Anything you like can be blended up and drank. You can add powdered mixes and protein mixes to these as well.
With any healthy fruit drink, you will want to make sure you remove all the seeds and skins and have cleaned the fruits and vegetables well. You don't want skins and seeds getting stuck in the blades. Also, add one fruit at a time as you mix, to make sure you have the consistency you are looking for.
